I’m Robbie, I'm a San Diego based documentary filmmaker. I spend most of my time chasing stories that sit somewhere between history and the present, usually about people trying to figure out big questions together. I tend to bounce between projects, some are more global, some are super local, but they all kind of orbit the same idea of connection and understanding. Outside of that, I’m probably traveling for a shoot, thinking about the next one, or talking someone into letting me film something I probably shouldn’t have access to.
