Privacy Policy

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, email, company, and project details when you start a project, book a call, or apply to join our creative network.
• Portal accounts. If we invite you to a portal: your email, profile details, the messages you send, and the files you upload or receive.
• Payments. Invoices are paid through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them.
• Email. Emails you exchange with us, so we can keep track of a project.
• Technical data. Basic logs and error reports (browser, page, time) so we can keep the site working. We strip personal details from error reports before they leave the site.

How we use it

To reply to you, plan and deliver your project, schedule calls and shoots, send invoices, and keep the site and portals secure. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

We use AI tools to help us draft replies and organise project notes. We review what they produce before anything is sent to you.

Google account data

Our internal tools connect to Tillou Productions’ own Google Workspace account to read and send our email, manage our calendar, look up our contacts, and share delivery folders in our Google Drive. We don’t ask for access to your Google account.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. That data is used only to run these tools for our own business. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.

Who helps us run the site

We share data only with the services that run the site for us, and only what each one needs:

• Supabase (database and file storage)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Google Workspace (email, calendar, contacts, Drive)
• Stripe (payments)
• Resend (sending email)
• Sentry (error reports)
• Anthropic (AI drafting help)
• Mapbox (maps)

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in to a portal. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as we work together and for as long as tax and accounting rules require after that. You can ask us to delete anything we don’t need to keep.

Your choices

Email xander@tillouproductions.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We’ll reply within 30 days.

Children

This site isn’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
