Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of tillouproductions.com and the client and creative portals run by Tillou Productions LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.
Project work
Any production work we do for you is covered by the proposal or agreement we both sign for that project. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Portal accounts
Portals are invite-only. Keep your password and sign-in links to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We can suspend an account that is misused.
Your content
You keep ownership of the files and information you upload. You give us permission to store and use them to deliver your project. Ownership of the finished work is set by your project agreement.
Our content
The work shown on this site belongs to us or to the clients and creatives who made it with us. Please don’t copy or reuse it without asking.
Acceptable use
- Don’t try to get into accounts or parts of the site that aren’t yours.
- Don’t upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don’t have the right to share.
- Don’t overload, scrape, or interfere with the site.
Payments
Invoices are paid through Stripe. Amounts, due dates, and refunds are set by your project agreement.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Our total liability for anything related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute goes to the courts in New York County.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
